Testimonial: Jodi Dietz

It was 2003 when I was introduced to foot zoning. I was just a bit skeptical of the whole idea.  I had massages with reflexology before and was amazed at what the therapist could tell me about my body.  I had some health problems going on at that time and doctors didn’t seem to know how to help me.  Needless to say… a few years later I decided to give foot zoning a try!  I absolutely LOVED it!!!  I had more energy, I felt happier and more balanced emotionally, mentally and physically.

In July 2015 I had an extreme case of dizziness and nausea. I went to my family physician and he sent me to an ENT. The doctors couldn’t figure it out.  They could only tell me “It’s not vertigo”.  I had been homebound for three months curled up in a ball, (it was the only position I could be in where I didn’t feel like I was spinning or falling) my eyes felt as if they were moving like Ping Pong balls. It was never-ending.  The only way I could get around was by crawling.  My appetite was gone because of the nausea and I was loosing weight I didn’t have to lose in the first place.  I was miserable. I felt like I was a burden to my family. In October a family friend told me to make an appt. with a Neurologist.  It was an 8 week wait before I could get into the neurologist.  I couldn’t keep going like this.  I made an appt with a foot zoner hoping it would relieve some of the symptoms. After the zone I was able to stand up and walk through the house using my hands against the wall to stabilize myself.  I hadn’t done that for 3 months!  From there it has only gotten better. My foot zoner showed me a few of the zoning movements to keep things under control.  I still feel dizziness and nausea, but it’s tolerable. I did get into the neurologist and was diagnosed with Vestibular Neuritis which can be caused by stress. Imagine that!!! I have been working on the emotional trauma that caused the stress and I have been able to keep my symptoms under control with foot zones.  I am amazed at how the body works and how it can heal itself. It’s miraculous! I am grateful that I gave foot zoning a “try” 10 years ago. Foot Zoning has truly been a blessing in my life.
